Kinematics
Here We are going to go through my max acceleration during, and after my start, and my top speed for the 500m race. Note that my acceleration after the start should me in meters per second squared not just meter per second
For Kinematics we are going to start with acceleration.
The first form of acceleration in speed skating is the start, an example of one of my starts is shown below.

Up next is my calculations for the start:
Now we go into the acceleration that happens after the start. Speed skaters don't just accelerate during the start we continue to accelerate during the rest of the race especially in a 500m race which is our sprint.
Now here are the calculation for my average speed. Obviously this is my average speed for the entire race not per lap seeing as every lap has different acceleration and I do not have the lap times for my personal best and despite my best effort was in-able to repeat that time during practice while collecting data.
